We believe that a key to running a good business is doing good for society. Kellanova Better Days™ Promise is our commitment to advance sustainable and equitable access to food by actively addressing the intersection of wellbeing, hunger, sustainability and equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I). In doing so, we are committed to creating better days for 4 billion people by the end of 2030.

We strive to meet the demands of diverse consumers, be culturally relevant and ensure we have accessible, appropriate foods in our portfolio to get our foods int the hands of all who want or need them.
One of the ways we are progressing towards our Kellanova Better Days™ Promise is by valuing equity, diversity and inclusion in our own workforce. This includes our aspirational goals of:
Our Journey
Kellanova is a new company with a foundation that’s more than a century long. We are committed to carrying forth the legacy of Kellogg Company, who led with purpose to create a positive impact for people and planet. Like our name signals, we’re building on that legacy of doing good, built over the previous 117 years, while looking toward the future.
Kellanova will report on progress toward our commitments in our initial Social and Environmental Report that we will issue in 2025.
