Kellanova Company Overview

Kellogg Company became Kellanova following the completion of the planned separation of the North American cereal business in October 2023.

Kellanova is a leading company in global snacking, international cereal and noodles, and North America frozen foods with iconic, world-class brands. We are creating better days and a place at the table for everyone with our trusted and beloved foods, including global snack brands Pringles®, Cheez-It®, Pop-Tarts® and RXBAR®. Our North American brands include MorningStar Farms® plant-based foods and Eggo® frozen breakfast offerings. Our international cereal and noodle brands include All-Bran®, Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes®, Rice Krispies®, Krave® and Kellogg’s® Instant Noodles. 

Our Legacy: Our company is more than 100 years new 

The name “Kellanova” signals our ambition for the future, building on the strong brand equity and legacy built over the previous 117 years as Kellogg Company. 

The “Kell” in our name overtly recognizes our enduring connection to Kellogg Company, while “anova,” – which combines “a” with the Latin “nova” meaning new – signals our ambition to continuously evolve as an innovative, next-generation, global snacks-led powerhouse. The Kellanova logo retains the iconic Kellogg Company “K” to intentionally connect to our heritage and the strong foundation that got us to where we are today. The forward-curved and extended “v” embodies our forward momentum as we embark on this next chapter.
